Corvette Stingray 2014 is Automobile of the Year

The Automobile Magazine has selected the 2014 Corvette Stingray as Automobile of the Year. The Corvette has a long history and a cult following. The new Corvette C7 though is breaking new grounds and I am sure will also find new fans that never thought about getting a Corvette. Automobile Magazine says the same thing. "The newfound sophistication and user-friendliness, the C7 should melt the barriers that have kept away so many driving enthusiasts."

As reported a while ago, The Corvette Stingray is designed with kids in mind. At least this is what its designer Tom Peters is saying. This sounds weird at first, but totally makes sense. After all sport cars are about our inner child.

The Corvette Stingray 2014 starts at $51,995. Which color are you getting?

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
