TV news anchor Katie Couric is reportedly joining Yahoo!. The deal with Katie Couric is supposed to be announced on Monday according to AllThingsD. Katie Couric is likely to host high profile interviews on Yahoo. Katie Couric has been a TV host on all big three television networks in the United States. Couric worked for NBC News from 1989 - 2006. She worked for CBS News from 2006-2011. As of May 2012, Couric also has a web show for ABC News according to Wikipedia.
It is rumored that Katie Couric would actually leave ABC and work full time for Yahoo. The whole story is still very vague. Yahoo's Marissa Mayer is though clearly on an original content trip.
