Black Friday Shopping Expert Advice

Black Friday is certainly overhyped, but it is still the best time of the year to get great deals if you know how. Retailers compete for attention with steeply discounted doorbuster deals. If you are able to get these, you will not find those deals outside of Black Friday, not even on Cyber Monday. This year these Black Friday doorbuster deals are easier to get than ever. Walmart offer 21 doorbuster deals with a 1-hour guarantee. The online Black Friday sales are bigger than ever. Retailers are matching each others best deals. It is not just Walmart against Amazon. Best Buy and Target are also joining the price war. Deal matching is awesome for consumers as it gives them more shops to get the deal before it is sold out

Mark LoCastro from DealNews gives a great up-to-date overview on how to best shop the Black Friday 2013 sales event. Watch the CBS report hosted by Cindy Hsu below.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
