Thanksgiving Storm Coming

If you planned to travel on Thanksgiving, your flight might be delayed. A big winter storm is predicted to hit the East Coast on Wednesday. The storm already caused death in the West.

Thanksgiving is the time to go home and be with family. The amount of air travel that goes on this week is super high. AAA sees 43.4 million Americans travel this week. The least thing travelers need this week is a winter storm, but this is what is likely going to happen. According to Accuweather the a Thanksgiving storm is expected to hit the east coast on Wednesday.

The storm has already caused major disruptions and even deaths in the Southwest according to this USA Today report.

"The potential exists for a foot of snow to fall from Bradford, Pa., to Burlington, Vt.," stated Meteorologist Eric Wanenchak.

If you are lucky you can fly today or tomorrow and not on Wednesday when the storm is likely causing flight delay or even cancelations. You can watch a detailed video report about the Thanksgiving Storm on Accuweather.
