Since Samsung has introduced its Galaxy Round with curved display and LG has came out with their own version of curved screen smartphone LG Flex; it was time for Apple to come up with a similar idea.
Now according to a Bloomberg report, sources had informed Apple’s next two iPhones might come with slightly bigger screens of 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch, and probably with the latest trend of curved displays that curve downward to the edges of the smartphone, while the iPhone 5s was of 4 inch only.
Another feature of these new curved screen displays is that the iPhones will bear special sensors to distinguish a light or heavy touch on the screen. Currently in the development stage, possibilities are high that the iPhones may not see the days light until the third quarter of next year.

However, as not much details on the matter is available yet, the suggested curved display on the edges does not seem to be that ambitious achievement as it only seems to be a stretched form of the already there top screen. But it will be great to know if Apple can do something on the pressure sensitivity of the display as that will prove to be more acceptable as touch-screens for gaming or other wearable devices.
