Apple Balla reports that Apple plans on usin Taiwan-based company Quanta Computer to manufacture its new large iPad and maybe even the "iWatch".

Quanta has allegedly already won the bid for producing the big iPad. The competition for who will be making the new wearable iWatch is still ongoing between Foxconn, Quanta and Inventec.

The reports from the Far East Supply chain suggest that Apple plans on launching the "iWatch" the next year during the second quarter, and that it is already working on the pilot production.  Apple is rumored not to be happy with the low yields, delaying the mass production until 2014.

The "iWatch" is rumored to have a number of biometric sensors, suggesting that the main focus of the device will be health and fitness. The "iWatch" is expected in stores during the second half of the next year.

Quanta is expected to have some difficult issues with the new 12.9-inch iPad, both with its industrial design and its assembly. The non- "mainstream specification" of the screen are to be the manufacturer’s biggest obstacle. The 12.9-inch iPad is called "iPad Pro."
