Walmart already announced that the retailer had a record-breaking Black Friday 2013 earlier today. They also revealed some interesting sales numbers of some of the popular items Black Friday shoppers bought on Thanksgiving Day. The list of five items contains for some reason also towels.
Black Friday shoppers went home with 2.8 towels. They only bought 2 million TVs and 1.4 million tablets in comparison. So there you have it. Black Friday Towel deals is what consumers want. They do not want deals on freaking big TVs or tablets. Walmart says that more than 22 million customers have been shopping at their stores yesterday. Other sales numbers revealed are 300,000 bicycles and 1.9 million dolls.
The top sellers at Walmart in stores and online were big screen TVs, Apple's iPad mini, laptops, Xbox One, Sony PS4 and Call of Duty: Ghosts.

According to Walmart’s internal data, more than two-thirds of those who plan to shop on Black Friday this year also plan to shop online Cyber Monday.
