Black Friday at Apple Store is for the First Time Not Shabby

A Black Friday First

The Apple Black Friday 2013 Sale has launched at about 00:30 PST in the United States. The Apple Black Friday 2013 deals are new this year. Apple is offering gift card bundle deals instead of discounts. Apple is offering free $75 Gift Card with an iPad Air and a $50 Gift Card with an iPad mini. The Macbook Air, iMac and MacBook Pro come with a $150 Gift Card. The iPod touch Black Friday deal has a $50 gift card and the iPod nano comes with a $25 gift card.

Today on the actual Black Friday the Apple Store deals are matching the best deals from Best Buy. This is I think the first time that Apple is offering Black Friday deals that match or are even better than reseller offers today.

For instance the MacBook Air comes with a $150 Gift Card. The new doorbuster deal at 10am in Best Buy stores are MacBook Air with $150 discounts. Best Buy offers only $50-$70 discounts on the iPad Air. Apple is giving you a free $75 gift card. Apple Black Friday deals are beating those of Best Buy. I am puzzled.

Yesterday when Black Friday sales started there have been better Apple deals, but some of them were hard to get like the $479 iPad Air and $100 gift card at Target. Today those extreme Apple deals are gone and Apple is actually the best shop for Apple Black Friday deals today.

Apple Black Friday 2013 Gift Card Bundle Deals:

$75 Gift Card with an iPad Air

$50 Gift Card with an iPad mini

$50 Gift Card with an iPad 2

$150   Gift Card with  Macbook Air

$150   Gift Card with  MacBook Pro

$150   Gift Card with  iMac

$50 Gift Card with iPod touch

$25 Gift Card with  iPod nano

There are several more Apple accessories and other gadgets offered with gift cards. The iPad mini with Retina Display is not part of the Apple Black Friday Gift Card Bundle sale. The Gift card values are in general higher than what Apple offered last year.

The new Apple Black Friday 2013 Deals are not that bad and the good thing about the Apple Black Friday sale is that the supply is basically unlimited online at the Apple Store.

The new Apple Black Friday gift card deals are quite an improvement over the last year's low discounts. The $75 iPad Air discount is notably close to what Apple Resellers offer on Black Friday, but still not matching it. Reseller though sell out and do not offer all variants with the gift cards or discounts in the range of $100 in the case of the iPad and $200 in the case of the Apple Macbooks. The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
