Cyber Monday Shopping Advice

Cyber Monday 2013 is next for online shoppers. Last year I was surprised that the majority of shoppers did not shop on early Sunday morning when all major Cyber Monday sales started. The best Cyber Monday deals were sold out long before Monday morning. Shoppers on the actual Cyber Monday just got the left-over deals. Shoppers already adopted to the fact that Black Friday starts a day early (Thanksgiving Day), now they also need to adjust to shop the Cyber Monday a day early.

This probably the best Cyber Monday shopping tip. Get online as early as possible on Sunday morning to shop the freshly launched Cyber Monday sales. You hear this tip also in the first report from ABC's 7 on Your side. The report also says that the best deals on Cyber Monday are in clothes and shoes.

The second report is from CNN. They consult Laura Harders from Beltway Bargain Mom to give Cyber Monday advice. Watch both reports below.

Cyber Monday 2013 Sales and Deals:

Cyber Monday 2013 is on December 2nd, but the Cyber Monday sales are already starting on the weekend. Most Cyber Monday 2013 sales launch on Sunday. Cyber Monday 2013 is expected to be the biggest online sales day of the year with sales of $2.2 billion. Of course it makes sense to shop already on Thanksgiving Day the online Black Friday 2013 Sales, as several deals will be much better than on Cyber Monday. Cyber Monday will though also have great deals again as this day has become crucial for online stores. See the latest Cyber Monday 2013 News.

Cyber Monday, a term coined by Shop.org in 2005, got established when retailers saw a trend of consumers shopping online on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Today, Cyber Monday is viewed as the online equivalent to Black Friday. Cyber Monday 2013 is expected to a huge sales day again this year - most likely the biggest.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
