Lana Del Ray has released a short film titled Tropico and announced the title of her second album.

Lana Del Ray is an unique artist. Her first album is off the charts and you got the feeling she has already done tons of album, but no, there is only one. Now after one year of speculations there is a sign that there will indeed be a second Lana Del Ray album. She revealed the title of the album at the premiere of her artistic short film Tropico. The next Lana Del Ray album is called Ultra-violence.

The Guardian points out that Ultra-violence was used by Anthony Burgess in his novel A Clockwork Orange. The Tropico movie is somehow marking an end of the Born To Die phase for Lana Del Ray. Tropico got released in full (30m) on Vevo yesterday. As a real Lana Del Ray fan you have to watch it.
