Commons Speaker John Bercow Strengthens His Position Despite Disastrous 12 Months

David Cameron's Former Special Adviser In Court
John Bercow has had a rather difficult year. Twelve months ago, the Speaker of the House of Commons suffered public humiliation at the hands of Conservative MPs, who passed to the press physical evidence of so-called "Bollocked By Bercow" badges they were secretly wearing to subvert him. The badges were designed by backbencher Simon Burns, who famously muttered that Bercow was a "stupid, sanctimonious dwarf", only to apologise to dwarves for the offensive comparison. The S ...

Leo DiCaprio shows off his vacation weight gain in Miami: would you hit it?

Leonardo DiCaprio has had the summer off. I think he usually paces his projects so he gets summers off, but he’s really been partying a lot this summer in particular. He’s been in Brazil for the World Cup, he’s been in France for the Cannes Film Festival, he’s been in LA with his bros, and now he’s in Miami… not doing much but hanging out on the beach. With his bros, I suspect. I wonder how many of Leo’s friends just get to travel around the world eve ...

Cher Lloyd And Piers Morgan On "Extra"
Piers Morgan, divisive and inflammatory on Twitter at the best of times, decided to wade into the debate on the escalating crisis between Israel and Gaza and, somewhat unsurprisingly, it went horribly wrong. The TV personality demonstrated just how easy it is to spark rage over the conflict, posting some rather banal comments, and in return, was branded “Zionist scum” and called a "f**king fat, ugly, ignorant c**t.” I'm an Irish Catholic ...
