Beats Music is Coming After Headphones

The famous Beats headphones were launched few years before. Beats headphones were created by music icon Jimmy Iovine and hip hop star Dr. Dre. These stylish headphones are now in use of a large number of music lovers. Now the company is planning to bring something new on the scene.

Beats is going to launch its new on-demand music streaming service called Beats Music in January. Beats Music was to be launched before the end of this year. But its launch has been delayed a little bit.

Beats CEO, Ian Rogers, has announced to launch Beats Music streaming service next year. Rogers said in a blog post that the company is ready to launch Beats Music in the United States in January, after completion of the private Alpha-turned-Beta testing of the service.

No details of the Beats Music business model were revealed. But this new music streaming service will compete with subscription-based services like Spotify, Rhapsody and Rdio. Rogers also said that you can now visit Beats Music official website to reserve your username "so when Beats Music launches your preferred handle will be ready for you and not competing with everyone else with the same name."

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
