The Indianapolis Colts have narrowly avoided a blackout thanks in no small part to the sale of tickets. Meanwhile, two other teams have yet to show the world what they have got if they want to miss a blackout.
The last batch of 1200 tickets for the Colts game got bought by Meijer, which is a corporation sponsoring the team. On the other hand, the Cincinnati Bengals and Green Bay Packers have a grace period that will last till Friday to prove their sales worth. The Colts have a record of sellingout 138 of their 139 games.
The Packers began the weekwith 40,000 tickets which were meant to selllike hotcakes. The Bengals tickets were handed out to army families though. They are currently in the red zone. As for the weather conditions they are simply unbearable. The cold literally cuts to the bone. However, Lucas Oil Stadium was projected to have a warmer atmosphere to the delight of the spectators.
The macho types are getting ready to sit in front of their television sets and drink beer while watching American Football. The addiction of the situational dimensions of the game simply can’t be beat. And with a Colts blackout put off indefinitely, the game is on!
