Selling 3 million consoles sounds like good numbers, and it is. Three million Xbox ones sold just doesn't sound that good when you consider that Sony is now claiming that it has sold 4.2 million PS4 consoles reports Mercury News
. What is making the PS4 console sellbetter? Assuming the numbers are accurate there are a couple reasons the PS4 is more popular.
One big benefit that the PS4 has on its side is the fact that it is $100 cheaper than the Xbox One. The PS4 is alsoavailable in more countries than the Xbox One is at this time. The PS4 is available in 53 counties compared to the 13 countries where the Xbox One can be purchased. With similar availability the sales figures might be closer.
