The owner of a Chevy Camaro ZL1 has had his brand new car smashed in an accident. The strange thing is that the mishap occurred thanks to one of the dealers who took the car for a spin. John Hooper, the owner, is having issues with the dealership since they have not dealt him a fair hand.
The ChevyCamaro ZL1 is a magnificent sports car indeed. It is the dream vehicle of many a racing aficionado and has so many qualities that differentiate it from the rest. That is one reason why John Hooper bought one from the car dealers.
But tragedy struck when an unauthorized dealer took his car from the showroom for a racing spree. It hit a telephone pole and veered off leading to a major crash. Now, Hooper’s car is in a mess. It has been literally reduced to junk. And while it is sitting in the junkyard, the dealership officials have refused to fully compensate Hooper for the rubble-like condition of his possession.
The car had cost him more than $50,000 and it was a beauty alright. Its performance matched any roadster out there. Technology-wise there was no parallel for the engine that it contained. But Hooper is very unhappy over the incident. He has repeatedly asked the dealership to replace his car but they have notpaid any heed to his pleas.
Instead, they have disregarded him and given a cheap substitute vehicle that cannot equal the original. John Hooper is very angry at this injustice and says that it is not only morally unethical but not comical either. The car was a precious gem of wonderful features and Hooper has a right to his complaints. Maybe the only recourse for him is to knock on the doors of the law in order to right the wrong.
