Nestle’s Butterfinger Cups are about to come in the form of a delicious alternative product. The peanut butter flavor of the new cups features in a teaser ad for the Super Bowl 2014.

Taste buds are being tantalized via a new eatable that Nestle is planning to bring to supermarket shelves. The usual fare consisting of Butterfinger Cups is to arrive in the form of Peanut Butter Cups. And this announcement has the sugar addicts in frenzy. In fact, Nestle wants to overtake Reese’s Pieces as the market leader.

The avenue of display for its product is the Super Bowl. Most of the ads at the Super Bowl are sophisticated enough. The advert for Nestle’s peanut butter flavor in cups is to start off in the fashion of a teaser campaign. And while the ad won’t get live coverage without a price, it’s the best strategy for publicity.

Although many organizations remain mum about their ads till the final moment, Nestle has chosen a different style of delivery. The teaser campaign is meant to seduce the sugar lovers of America to try and taste a comestible that they will hopefully love. The consciousness of the scrumptious flavor will be higher via this advertisement

The teaser ad basically shows a man and a woman at a food therapy clinic. Their T-shirts display the words peanut butter and chocolate respectively. The female makes a remark about how it would be interesting to try something crunchy. Then the slogan “The cup is about to get crunchy” appears. It is a sure bet that the appetites of Americans will be stimulated via this message.
