Note 3 users were experiencing compatibility issues after Kitkat 4.4 update but Samsung is working on a fix.

Here is the confession that many of us had been waiting for; it seems that the third party accessories haven’t been doing so well with the Galaxy Note 3 and Samsung has confirmed that this has everything to do with the Android 4.4 KitKat update. People using the Note 3 would be aware of the S-View knock-off since this is most popular accessory with the Samsung device and for every user it stopped working right after the firmware upgrade.

Regardless of how annoying this might be for the Note 3 users, it is not such a big worry because Samsung is working to bring a fix for it soon. The official statement given by Samsung itself states that this is a software compatibility issue and to put this situation right, there will be a new software update soon. This statement was quite a responsible act from Samsung but it would have saved a lot of people from the trouble of trying to figure out the problem themselves had they confessed earlier instead of denying the issue.

The 4.4 KitKat update is available all over the world by now but the users who plan to make use of third party accessories should wait till the newer update promised by Samsung rolls out.
