They say the sun always shines on television. That may be about to actually come true as a show will feature the psychiatrist who appears in The Sopranos as a lesbian. Lorraine Bracco will be the female companion (on-screen) of Penny Marshall.
The two will be female homosexuals who enjoy intimate relations in a liberated society. The ghost of the ancient lesbian poetess Sappho must be looking on from above and smiling. The couple is placed in comic situations in the television show.
They have acted alongside other famous actors such as Kevin Bacon and Jeff Daniels. While it is a bold role indeed that both female thespians have to play, sometimes a lot of sacrifices have to be made for the sake of acting.
The name of the show is Mulaney. It will show the lovers in various acts of hilarious horseplay. And Fox is the channel on which this show is to go live soon. Two other characters will be there alongside the two lesbians. They are Mulaney and Oscar. They will be the ideal foil to the twosome.
Lorraine Bracco has previously acted in gangster films and as for Penny Marshall she has been portrayed in A League of their Own and Jumpin Jack Flash. It is good clean healthy fun that is shown in the TV show which will air soon.
