SupermodelKate Moss tries something new. The March Vogue UK issue will feature the first shoot styled by Vogue's new contributing fashion editor, Kate Moss. Working with cover girl Werbowy and long-time friends and collaborators Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Kate Moss creates a hazily beautiful world - with a healthy splash of the rock'n'roll cool that you would expect from the world's most photographed supermodel.
"From gathering the initial moodboard to talking me through the rail of clothes in the Vogue fashion room and adjusting the accessories on Daria Werbowy, Kate took on the complete role of fashion editor," said Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman in her editor's letter, adding that, "perhaps not every editor takes her model out partying on the first night of the shoot!"
Kate Moss essentially switched sides and went behind the camera in a creative manner. This will not mean though that the 40 year old super model is done with modelling. You can see a sample of her work for Vogue UK here.
The March issue of Vogue UK will hit newsstands on Feb. 6.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
