Scott Bakula is set to lead the NCIS spin-off set in New Orleans on CBS.

Do we need another NCIS show? Apparently CBS thinks so. The new NCIS spinoff is set in New Orleans and will be introduced in a two-part episode of the original NCIS show this Spring. Variety reports that Scott Bakula will be leading the NCIS New Orleans team.

Scott Bakula career is in a good phase right now. He got an Emmy Nomination for his role in the HBO movie Behind the Candelabra. Geeks know Scott Bakula from his role in the Star Trek: Enterprise TV series that ran from 2001 to 2005.
