Because of a major outage of their famous email service Gmail, the Google Inc. has apologized to its users for the short time inconvenience – but Google was not the only technological site doing the apology.

Another tech. giant Yahoo! Inc. also had to issue an apology to the public via their Twitter account the last Saturday morning, after the netizens criticized it for dissing the Google Inc. while the Gmail service was down temporarily.

Yahoo said in a tweet that, the short-timed problem with Gmail should be resolved and they apologize for the inconvenience and thank the people for their patience and the continued support. And Google had said that, people should be rest assured that the system reliability is a top priority at the Google Inc., and they were making some continuous improvements to make their systems even better, after the Gmail service was back up at the 4:23 a.m. Saturday.

However, the tech. giant did not give much detail on what had caused the outage that also affected its other services.

For its own part, the Yahoo Inc. – which also operates a rival famous email service, the Yahoo Mail – had posted a tweet that the Gmail service is temporarily unavailable, including a screenshot of a Google error message while the Gmail service was suddenly down. Yahoo had since deleted that particular tweet and posted an apology.
