She managed to go from 260 pounds to 105 pounds. She lost 60%. Now she is technically underweight according to BMI standards, but then most models and Hollywood stars are too.

The Daily Mail reports that Frederickson claims that she eats 1600 calories a day. She also said the main factor on her weight loss was not drastic diet, but exercising a "ton."
