Michelle Rodriguez and Cara Delevingne are reportedly tapped to play Thelma and Luise in a remake of the legendary movie.

Actress Michelle Rodriguez and model Cara Delevingne are reportedly signed to play Thelma and Luise in an upcoming remake. This news comes from The Sun, via Daily Mail. Michele Rodriguez is clearly a save bet for a female power road movie. Victoria's Secret model Cara Delevingne would be an odd choice as she just got into acting. There is though a connection between Delevingne and Rodriguez. They are best buds and have been seen a lot lately together partying.

According to sources it is Rodriguez who is pushing for Cara Delevingne. There is nothing official yet about the Thelma and Luise remake. So this could just well a big rumor with no merit. Watch the trailer of Thelma and Luise below with Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis.
