Sony Xperia D5103 hits GFX Bench database with better specs than the Moto G
A new Sony Xperia smartphone, D5103, falling into the mid range category has recently hit the GFX Bench database. Looking at the specs we can tell that the phone will have a lot in common with the Moto G but the specs will definitely be better for the D5103. We have got some details on the chipset and the phone is going to feature the same Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 which has been featured on the Moto G but off course we are expecting a few changes here and there.
Going into more details of the chipset, it has four Cortwex-A7 cores which run at 1.4GHz and not to forget that it is 200MHz faster than in the Motorola. Moreover, the phone comes with the Adreno 305 graphics which have proven to be a perfect select for the 720p screen resolution (and we haven’t gotten any details on the size of the screen as yet).
During the testing phase, the new Xperia D5103 was powered by the Android 4.4.1 KitKat and also had the software fingerprint feature (suggesting towards the build being very recent). And because there is the digit ‘3’ in the model number, we are expecting this one to be the LTE version which again is something way better than the Moto G.
Apple's first wearable will not ship until 2015
If true, Apple, as it has always been, must be very confident about its timing. After all, it will be the company's new product from an entirely different category, and people will most likely be patient about it.
