The WWE has still an unresolved situation with CM Punk. The famous wrestler quit last month, but is he really done with the WWE?

Wrestler CM Punk is back in the headlines, but there seems to be no new development in the controversy. Last month we reported that CM Punk quit the WWE. The thing seems to be that there is still no official release of CM Punk from the WWE, despite other rumors.

Wrestlezone reports that Dave Meltzer who runs the Wrestling Observer newsletter has the inside that the WWE is listing CM Punk as not released form WWE.

WWE loves drama. So I would not be surprised when CM Punk is suddenly appearing again at a fight. His fan base is huge. I cannot imagine that the WWE would pass on CM Punk.
