Tara Lipinski won the Olympic figure skating gold medal at the youthful age of 15. And that was 16 years ago. Today she is a beautiful blonde lady who passes commentary on the Olympics with Johnny Weir. The two make quite a pair and they have great chemistry between them.
The way they keep the audience on the edge of its seat at the Sochi Olympics shows their skills as social sports commentators. And their sassy style of delivering staccato news is so much liked that no substitutes are possible. It is a sad state of affairs that they will only appear again four years from now at the next Olympics ceremony.
The two have a weird, wild and way-out style that rocks the crowd. The fans of Tara Lipinski and Johnny Weir cannot get enough of the two. As they make wisecracks and poignant remarks off the cuff, the people hang on to their every word. Their fashion sense is offbeat and they enjoy having a good time together.
To take figure skating into the limelight for a bunch of rapt onlookers is the ultimate goal. The Big Lipinski is another video that the erstwhile female skater is famous for. She says that it is a truly funny spoof.
Tara Lipinski admits that this is a dream job for which she can’t thank her stars enough. It is a one in a million opportunity that is a blessing and a boon. The Sochi spiel by the two tykes will be dearly missed.
