iOS devices running iOS 7 will now be able to get an update which has been launched by Apple but it will just be a tiny bump in the existing version. With this little update, the version number has been upgraded to iOS 7.0.6 and it brings nothing new but only a small scale change. The size of the update will also depend upon the iOS devise which you are currently using.
The update will help fix the SSL connection verification problem which was causing a problem previously. An attacker with a privileged network position will no longer be able to get access to the data in sessions protected by SSL/TLS. The iOS 7.0.6 is only going to provide a fix for this problem and for those who are looking forward to some major fixes and bug removals; they will have to wait for the major iOS update iOS 7.1 which is on its way.
