The tradition in a movie theater to keep mobile devices switched off has been there since time immemorial but it seems like the collaboration betweenTwitter and theater advertising firm National CineMedia is going to change the ways things are done around here; together they are planning to tweak this gold standard.
This we have come to know through Variety that the duo is working on a one-minute weekly pre-roll show which is going to harvest all the movie-focused content from Twitter as well as Vine putting it together in a stream of hashtagged tweets from viewers. This initiative is going to launch this summer and viewers will now have a chance to get an insight into the real world of movies.
