Brace yourselves as the biggest update of the iOS 7 by Apple is just going to roll out any day now. From what John Gruber from Apple-centric blog Daring Fireball has told, the update is going to include a new app which will allow users to stream the performances from the iTunes Festival. The latter which is going to be called the SXSW, will hit off on March 11 in Austin, Texas. The app has exclusively been made for the new updated software iOS 7.1.
Since we know when the app is scheduled to launch, we can make out how soon the update is going to come out. It is only six days away and we know one thing for sure that the update is coming before that. The date of the festival, which is the first-ever iTunes Festival, is also hinting towards a quick launch of the update. There will be performances from Coldplay, Soundgarden, Kendrick Lamar and many others so the app is certainly going to be a lot more useful than you had thought.
The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
