The colorful season of Spring is here. Seasonal allergies also come along with Spring's colorful riot of flowers and birds. But it is a hell this otherwise lovely season brings in its wake for allergy sufferers. Seasonal allergies can overcome these sufferers. The twin dangers of pollen and mold can wreak havoc on the immune system of someone who is supersensitive to their influence.

Next, you have to keep an eye on the weather if you want to remain allergy-free . Don’t go out in inclement weather. If you face such conditions as sinus infections and migraine headaches than you may be more prone to allergies than the rest of the population. Check with your GP.
Besides all this, wearing a mask, washing your hair each day and guarding your eyes are three ways to protect against the ravaging effects of allergies. The proper treatment includes antihistamines and nasal decongestants not to mention eye drops. Also you have to take care with certain foods that cause the body to go into overdrive.
