The Dutch criminal Joran Van Der Sloot is to be extradited to the US in the year 2038. Till then he will serve his sentence for the brutal murder of a young Peruvian lady.

The Peruvian judicial system sentenced the Dutch criminal Joran Van Der Sloot to serve 28 years in prison in 2012 for the killing of a young Peruvian lady. Only in 2038 will he be liable for extradition to the United States for another murder case that is pending against him.

He is responsible for the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. He also faces charges related to extortion and fraud. Holloway was last seen leaving a nightclub with Van Der Sloot and two others in 2005. She had just finished graduation and was in the company of a 100 other classmates.

No trace of her was found afterwards. Then Van Der Sloot was found guilty of providing fake evidence of where she may be to Holloway’s parents and taking thousands of dollars from them in return.

Meanwhile, the courts in Peru sentenced Joran Van Der Sloot to 28 years in jail for the strangling and murder of Stephany Flores. There is a link between the two murders. It’s said that Stephany found clues related to Holloway’s murder on Van Der Sloot’s computer.

However, before she could tell the police about this the monster killed her too. There may not be any evidence so far but like they say where there is smoke there is fire. The man is a criminal and a smudge on the face of society. He literally destroyed the lives of two young women just for the sake of his own selfish needs.

Van Der Sloot has so far admitted his guilt regarding robbery and murder. He stole Stephany’s belongings including her van and fled to Chile where he was apprehended by the law several days later. Now he is rotting behind bars. And it was only the Dutch queen’s visit that prompted his extradition.
