Titanfall to possibly make it to Mac

In what we are thinking of as odd turn of events, the Titanfall is coming to the Mac and this comes from an authentic source. A tweet on whether the game would be arriving on Apple was responded to by the co-founder of Respawn Entertainment who clearly stated that they are talking to Aspyr, publisher of games for Mac, and that “they should do it”. Mac users would certainly love the idea because who wouldnt want to play the most highly anticipated games of all times on their favorite platform.

The game has been the biggest release of 2014 so far and is a landmark game for Microsoft because it managed to get exclusive rights to the game and this is why we have the game releasing to Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows. Considering this, the possibility of the game coming on the Mac seems a bit weird. The game developers have already had talks with Aspyr and these are the same people who have ported over Windows games such as Bioshock Infinite, Borderlands 2, Call of Duty Black Ops, Civilization V, and Company of Heroes to OS X. They are apparently just waiting for Electronic Arts, the publishers of Titanfall, to give a green signal and then we will just have to wait and watch after how long the game will be ported over to the OS X.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
