Sara Evans seventh album all set for release

Good news for the fans of Sara Evans, this week is going to mark her great comeback with the release of her seventh album; her first in almost a three year long time period. The new album titled Slow Me Down, is going to feature 11 songs and one of these is actually the best country singles for 2013 which remained on the 28th position in the ‘Hot Country Songs’ list of hits. She has also covered a Gavin DeGraw tune called Not Over You in the new album and apart from this, there is a whole new combination of country touches and some drama.

Sara Evans has done a great job with Put My Heart Down which stands out with its catchy lyrics and chorus and it is all about saying goodbye. Through the album you will also notice some hints at rock music by Isaac Slade of The Fray with Sara's Can’t Stop Loving You which also brings out the country touch of the singer. In another song Better Off, Sara Evans has paired with Vince Gill and they have proven to be the perfect pair as the song has topped many music charts in the country. The album brings out the best of music from all the best musicians and on this Sara Evans said that “Having Isaac, Gavin and Vince sing with me, was an amazing experience and they took those songs to another level."

Sara is also working alongside Mark Bright as a coproducer on the new album and says that “I just love him. I really wanted Mark’s type of personality and production on this. He’s always so bright and chipper and is there to give support, direction and his expertise. Plus he’s such a great song guy.”
