The new HTC flagship's mini version is in the works and will roll out in May
It appears as if launching two different versions for the same phone has become a greatly followed up trend lately and we can see that the HTC One is still appearing in the news; as if we werent already tired from the seemingly endless leaks before its leak. An inside source from a UK retailer has revealed that there is now going to be a smaller version of the new HTC flagship and since this source has been associated with providing some correct information earlier on as well, we suspect that it is a credible source after all. And according to what has been revealed, the HTC One (M8) mini will keep the new 90% aluminum unibody design.
This new mini version will have a 4.5" display and the resolution is still not known but it is most likely that the 720p resolution will be seen on this one. We have got no information on what kind of chipset will this mini version run on but the important question is whether it will stick to the dual camera setup for this one as well or not? And as it appears, this mini version will come with a single UltraPixel camera on its back. And apparently the UltraPixel duo will be a reserved key feature to the M8 flagship only. There is not a long wait before we see this phone coming out in May and an official announcement will soon be on its way.
