New sales numbers are expected to announce record setting numbers

Apple Balla reports that iPhone sales continue to grow, despite the fact that the market has more Android phones than ever before, with more being released every day. Despite that fact, Apple has announced that they have passed an incredible milestone that is going to be even more exciting once their most recent sales numbers have been reported.

In just seven years, Apple has officially sold 472 million iPhones. They will be announcing sales numbers in the coming month for the most recent quarter, but if the experts are to be believed they have sold over 500 million iPhones at this point.

That is incredible for a market that features so many other options, especially when you consider the ones with much larger screens than the iPhone currently has. In the holiday quarter last year alone Apple managed to sell 51 million iPhones. Many expect sales numbers to top 35 million in the most recent quarter, although well have to wait for the official announcement to know for sure.

After a half of a billion units being sold, there is still room to take over more of the market. The new iPhones are expected to have larger screens, in several options, making it easier to convince many people to make the switch even if they have traditionally ben Android users. The world will have to wait to see what official announcements say, but there is no reason to think that iPhones won’t take over even more of the market in the coming years as more and more upgrades are made and the phones are enhanced even further.
