Amy Adams is all set to appear in the new sci-fi movie “Story of Your Life”. She is in talks with the director of “Prisoners” about the film which depicts an alien landing on earth.
The book upon which the film is to be based is by Ted Chiang. And the director is none other than Denis Villeneuve. As for the actress that is to star in the movie, it is the beautiful and charming Amy Adams.

She is currently in negotiations with Denis regarding the role she is to play in the movie. The film is being produced and funded by FilmNation. The author Ted Chiang is a sci-fi writer who is a multiple award winner.
Mostly the script narrates a scenario of alien airships landing on the planet. Amy Adams is a master linguist who is hired by the armed forces to determine through communicating with the aliens whether they intend to harm the earthlings.
And the mysterious thing is that as Amy starts unlocking the secret language of the aliens she begins experiencing very clear images and visions from the past. These lend insight into what the aliens’ real purpose is.
It’s still a little early and the whole process is in its preliminary stages. But once the ball is set rolling, Story of Your Life will probably be a blockbuster hit. The American Hustle star, Amy Adams is really excited about appearing in the sci-fi thriller.
And as for Denis Villeneuve, he says that the movie will be a fresh take on a perennial theme. It will have tons of originality and will inspire millions. The filming is to begin at the start of next year.
“It’s very poetic, and a strong take on an alien landing on Earth. It’s very original, very fresh and very inspiring,” Villeneuve said. ”I’m very excited about that project. I’m supposed to shoot it at the beginning of 2015.”
Amy meanwhile has a lot of previous experience. She has starred in films such as The Fighter and Man of Steel. While the movie is a bit of a risky venture, the effort that will go into creating it from scratch will have been worth it in the end.
