Biggest Loser winner Rachel Frederickson Gains 20 pounds

Biggest Loser winner gains 20 pounds and looks great

If you watch the NBC reality show called The Biggest Loser, you might recognize the name Rachel Frederick. This woman won the last season of the show revealing a shocking amount of weight loss that led some to say she was too skinny and looked sickly.

After working hard to lose weight, being told she was too skinny had to be strange for Frederick. She has now made another transformation with the gain of a mere 20 pounds reports ABC News. I can say that the images floating around the web of her after her weight gain make her look much better and healthier.

She said, "I've gone up about 20 pounds. I think I'm at my perfect weight!"

During the show, the woman went from 260 pounds to a mere 105 pounds losing more than half her body weight. She had been working out 3-4 times per day and she says that things have slowed down now.

"I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," she said. "I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

Frederickson also says that she maintains contact with the experts from the show.

"We have monthly calls with the other contestants and the show psychologist," Frederickson said. "And our nutritionist is available 24/7. I'll call her from the farmers' market and say, 'What is this? How would I cook it?'"
