The supernatural and the inexplicable will always be a part of our lives. It makes us "curious" and it forces us to draw out conclusions, which are mostly absurd and out-of-this-world.
A couple from Mississippi was intrigued when they discovered that their camera captured what appeared to be mysterious lights from an unidentified flying object. The old couple, Rainer and Edith Shattles, decided to deploy cameras on their 150-acre home in the Cumbest Bluff area of Jackson County to spot for deers and other wild animals.
They didn't expect what happened on the night of February 16th.
As they reviewed the film the next day, they found a deer alright. But a few minutes later, a strange light appeared from nowhere. The light got brighter, and a few more minutes, it hovered over the deer.
Interestingly, the infrared camera caught what seemed to be tiny headlights. Then if flew away. In a different footage, a deer appeared to be looking at a strange light source from afar.
"We have unusual things happen around here that happen, but it's usually associated with our grandchildren. But this case, we didn't know what it was," Edith Shattles told WLOX.
But Rainer Shattles has a different theory. He said that the UFO could be a drone owned by the U.S. Army.
"Well, if it's alien, I'm not sure about that. But it's definitely a UFO. Now whether it's a government drone or what, I wish if nothing else, one of them would step up and say, 'Yes, that's ours,'" he said.
Check out the video after the break.
