CBS's Under the Dome series has introduced its season two promotional video. And it displays strange telekinetic powers that affect everyone except for one individual.

While there is still some time before Under the Dome appears, its promotional online video for the second season has been released. The episode in season one was quite a nail-bitingly suspenseful one.

Therefore everyone wants to find out what is the scenario in the second one. It is based on a book by the famous horror writer Stephen King. Rather like the “Lost” series, this dramatic series prods you to look into the nature of things.

In episode one a very large dome is shown descending on a town in the United States. The pressure and pain felt by the inhabitants of that small town is shown in graphic detail.

A classic example of a fast-paced thriller, the show manifests elements of science fiction. Dean Norris appears in the drama as Big Jim, the only one who is unaffected by the strange stuff that is going on. He is the same guy who appeared in Breaking Bad.

Other members of the Under the Dome crew include: Mike Vogel, Natalie Martinez and Alexander Koch. Whereas virtually everyone is influenced by the telekinetic force, Big Jim is somehow immune to it.

This of course leads to suspicions that he is involved in the attack of the dome on the town. The series holds quite a few surprises in store for the audience.

Since none other than the most popular Stephen King, master of horror and the fearsome, wrote the book for the show, it will fully entertain the crowd.

Stephen King is known for his prowess as a powerful author who has control over his ability to gradually increase the fear factor in his readers.

He literally scares you witless. And so everyone, men, women and children, are awaiting the second season of Under the Dome with a sense of eager anticipation.

Executive producer Neal Baer said about Under the Dome season 2 that “it will be filled with twists and turns and shocking events,” adding that “what’s outside comes inside.”

Under the Dome season 2 premiere will go live on Monday, June 30th. Watch official trailer of the season 2 below.
