Jerry Tarkanian is having health issues. The former UNLV coach is still under the observation of doctors in a hospital.
Jerry Tarkanian is not a small name. He is a Hall of Fame member and also the ex-coach of UNLV. But he is not well these days. Jerry Tarkanian was in Dallas last weekend for the Final Four when he fell ill.

Jerry Tarkanian was then hospitalized in Las Vegas. Jerry was tested for pneumonia before going on the trip and his test was negative. But later on, during the tip, he started having breathing difficulties.
Danny Tarkanian, son of 83 year old Jerry Tarkanian, said that his father can hardly open his eyes now. A CT scan has also been done. And Danny Tarkanian said that his father's heart isn't working properly and fluid is also present in his lungs.
On Wednesday night, Jerry was taken to Valley Hospital. He is still in the hospital while doctors are trying to know the reason of his ailment. "Maybe it's a variety of problems that are causing the weakness," Danny Tarkanian said. "They're trying to get him to be stable and taking a bunch of tests."
