The new update brings no new features or UI tweaks but fixes bugs
The Android 4.4.3 KitKat update has just rolled out and the lucky Nexus 5 users on Sprint will be among the first to get it. This new update carries the version number KTU48F and with this update the device will be capable of working on Sprint's LTE network on bands 26 and 41. Like all other Android updates, this one also focusses on fixing all previous bugs and problems but it doesnt bring any new features and even the User Interface has received no such tweaks.

Most of the bugs have been fixed by Google and some of the important ones out of these include the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. There had also been some problems related to data connection loss, random reboots, missed calls and camera results but they have all been fixed too. So far the list of the factory images for Nexus devices dont show the update on it but Sprint is already offering phones to its customers with the new update on it.
