Samsung’s wearable gadgets launched recently seem to be the highlight of its innovative sphere.
Samsung SDI revealed that a 210 mAh curved battery will be available for use in wearable gadgets. It seems that the wearable gadgets will be Samsung’s focus this year. The battery will be enveloped in aluminum foil, preventing it from providing much pressure to the user.
Samsung has already set out to trademark its wearable gadgets such as the Gear Now and the Gear Solo, alongside the recent Galaxy S Fitness. Samsung’s V-Bending technology has been instrumental in producing the battery; it improves the energy density possessed by the battery. The Gear Fit incorporates a battery similar to this one, as was shown through its teardown.
The battery used on Gear Fit allows for its charge to last for 5 whole days. In the future, it is expected that Samsung would launch bigger batteries, those similar to its 210 mAH curved battery as the company looks upon manufacturing a phone of a bendable nature by the next two years.
