Everything will be taken good care of as the band looks forward to entertain its audience to the fullest. These rumors started by one person with a code name “Thunderstruck” who emailed one of the radio stations in Perth, Australia to issue the status of AC/DC band. Looking at Thunderstruck’s statement, he claimed to have proper links in Europe that are very close to the band. In assuring the radio station, Thunderstruck even went ahead to shade more light that the band member who is under ill condition has already returned to Australia together with his family. As a result, the band will work on its stipulated rules that no member should be signed once there is any departure.
These rumors on the band’s break-up emanated from such rules that there should be no replacement since one of their members has already left. Further, the son of the so called ill-member of AC/DC band has also went ahead to highlight the group’s likely collapse. The band will finally come to an end since there are no more discussions as of now concerning the group’s future. On the other hand, the group received an exclusive interview in order to re-assure fans on their fate and possible direction. Brian Johnson, AC/DC’s front-man said that the group s working hard to remain active.
More insights from Brian indicated that the group has scheduled for a meeting to bring all members together. This will be in May at Vancouver where they are going to pick-up some guitars so as to have a plonk and establish whether there is one of them with ideas or tunes. Whenever the group’s meeting get successful, they are going to record it. Initially, the band had reached an agreement of marking its 40th anniversary in style. In this celebration, they were to play in 40 venues where every venue was to be given its own day of presentations.
This plan seems to get interrupted by Malcolm Young’s health complications yielding a possible postponement. The current status of the group stands that if they are going to record another album, they will ever remain as successful as before. Looking at AC/DC’s album entitled “Black Ice” which they released in 2008; it managed to receive huge sales amounting to 5.3 million just within one year. As a result, this awarded them a boost to top in 29 different countries.
