The prostitute called Snow White, identified herself as Lisa Cadeau, has said that it all started when he gave her an ATM card to obtain the money required for her services. She took the required $80 and then made the mistake of taking out $120 more from the automatic teller machine.
However, when Zickuhr came to know of it, he went stark raving mad. The brawny man went on a spree searching for her in Las Vegas. When he found her he told her to hand over $1000.
“I met with him because he was searching for me door to door in the neighborhood and I paid him $300,” Cadeau told the Daily News. “He held the grudge and needed $1,000 to pull himself out of a rut from the steroids he was in debt over.”
When she finally managed to give him $300, he started beating her. Ice Road Truckers star Zickuhr punched her in the face, tied her up and poured cold water from a mop bucket on top of her head. He then tried to force her to jump from a two story building window.
Zickuhr asked her to contact someone who could give the required money. That’s when she gave him a number of a police officer who had promised to help in times of need.
Zickuhr spoke into the phone that he had a gun in the woman’s mouth. Zickuhr told the Officer, “if he didn't bring $1,000 to a phone booth ... he was going to go to Mexico to kill 'Snow White.' "
When Zickuhr handed it to her she screamed the words “Help! He’s going to kill me” into it before the line went dead. Later on two policemen took charge of the situation when Zickuhr was coercing Snow White to lead him to a place where he would get the money.
Zickuhr has plainly confessed to his crimes. According to the police officer, he also wants to place the woman on Craigslist “and attempt to make money off her performing sexual acts.”
The man who called himself an adrenaline junkie on the Ice Road Truckers Reality TV show on the History Channel seems to exist on such dramatic acts of criminality. He is charged with first degree kidnapping, coercion and extortion. He will be making a court appearance soon. Meanwhile, his future on the History Channel may be jeopardized.
