New Terminator with Arnold Schwarzenegger starts Filming
Terminator 5 aka Terminator Genesis has started filming. The news comes from a joint press-release from Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions.
The Terminator reboot is directed by Alan Taylor of Thor: The Dark World and Game of Thrones. The new Terminator movie is shooting in New Orleans.
Terminator Genesis (title may still change and could be just Terminator) is written by Laeta Kalogridis (Avatar) and Patrick Lussier (Drive Angry).
The new Terminator stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Clarke, Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney, J.K. Simmons, Dayo Okeniyi, and Byung Hun Lee.
The Terminator movie franchise launched back in 1984 with Schwarzenegger as the title character. Three more Terminator movies followed. Schwarzenegger was not in Terminator 4 because he was serving as Governor of California.
The 2015 Terminator will be in theaters worldwide on July 1, 2015.
