First Samsung Tizen smartphone to debut in Russia this May

Many of us had been expecting to hear about the Tizen but as it appears, the phone is very much alive but has been delayed. TizenIndonesia has certainly given some hope saying that the first Tizen smartphone is expected to debut in May but the exact time is not known. Russia seems to be the lucky one here since they will get to try the first official smartphone running joint Intel-Samsung developed OS Tizen.

Moreover, Yoon Han-kil, the senior vice president of Samsung's product strategy team has recently revealed to Reuters that Samsung fans should be looking out for two smartphones which are going to becoming soon. Just like the Galaxy S4, the first model is going to fall under the high end category while the other variant will most likely be a mid range one. Both the products will most likely debut around the end of the second quarter. The announcements for the Tizen phones might be made in May as expected but the phones are not going to come out till June.

The Tizen smartphones can also be seen on the couple of pictures which have been leaked and the latest one we have seen is the Samsung SM-Z9005 which is going to feature 1 GB RAM and will run on dual-core Krait processor. It has a 720p display and also offers LTE connectivity.
