For now Apple has reserved the OS X 10.10 ‘Syrah’ and the iOS 8 for WWDC
Rumors keep coming out but they only attract attention when they start to prove true but sometimes it is a bit disappointing when you get to know that something isn’t going to turn out the way you had expected it would. Something similar has come the way of the Apple iWatch and the fabled Apple TV. This new Apple gadget was to come in the market as a competition to all other smartwatch offerings by Samsung and LG. According to all the leaks and rumors, we were all expecting to see these two new creations from Apple on the WWDC 2014, but now these expectations will have to be put to a rest because familiar sources have revealed that this is not going to happen soon.

Apple fans have nothing to worry about since these sources have not dispelled the existence of these products but their appearance might not happen as soon as we had expected because Apple has no intentions to reveal these products at the WWDC 2014. This might not come as a surprise to those who know the true essence of the WWDC because Apple mostly focuses on the software side of things for this event. And this is particularly true ever since it shifted to a Fall release cycle for the iPhone. It has become a trend to unveil new versions of OS X and iOS at the WWDC. So it pretty much makes sense that Apple has reserved the OS X 10.10 ‘Syrah’ and the iOS 8 for WWDC. As far as the hardware is concerned, it will most likely be revealed later this year because it makes sense to unveil the software before the actual hardware.
