The absence of the heart rate monitor might just be the biggest disappointment

So the much talked about Galaxy S5 mini has leaked yet again and this time it comes through from a quite reliable source; the company’s own official UK website. However, we are not yet sure that whether this is merely a placeholder which has been removed or the link has been made accessible only to the users with some credentials.

The leaked picture shows the SM-G800 and the model number has already been confirmed earlier and till now we have seen the Galaxy S5 mini leaks from multiple sources including the official Samsung support pages, a case maker and we also managed to get our hands or rather eyes on the full detailed specs of the phone. We still don’t know what Samsung will name the device. It’s either going to be Galaxy S5 mini or maybe even Galaxy S5 Dx. The design of the handset will remain the same however it will have more colors to offer to the customers; white, black, blue, yellow and gold. The phone will be fully compatible with the new Gear 2 and Gear Fit wearable accessories which just been received. With all this positive feedback and the good features, there is however one great disappointment and that is the absence of the heart rate monitor.
