New head-worn camera to capture your perspective

Wearable cameras are not something out of the ordinary and this term is not something about which we haven’t heard before but since there are so many options and different ways to wear cameras, there is now a head worn camera option as well. This one is certainly going to be more convenient and is going to have a different perspective of things captured; your perspective. LifeLogger introduced the complete headset at the CES and now they have turned to Kickstarter for helping in bringing this new concept to the mainstream.

The camera will capture up to 8 hours of video and also has built-in GPS and WiFi connectivity so you can easily put it to use with iOS and Android companion apps. It also some cool live streaming features too which can instantly and without any trouble beam any footage to a computer, tablet or smartphone. But this would obviously require a solid wireless internet connection.

However you don’t have to plug this in to grab files. LifeLogger is going to upload the videos to a cloud-based repository through the aforementioned WiFi which is going to be organized by date or GPS coordinates. The camera also comes equipped with a 32GB SD card for on-board storage of 720p video at 30fps and 5-megapixel stills. And at $169, this is certainly going to be a great deal.
