Windows Phone 8.1 first update ready

The Windows Phone 8.1 Preview for Developers has received its final update from Microsoft and with a size of 22 MB, it is already available for download through the over-the-air service. The update comes with no drastic changes and like most of the other updates this one too focuses more on the elimination of bugs which were caused after the migration to Windows Phone 8.1 but apart from that, the extension of battery life seems to be the only other main highlight.

The UI also hasn’t received any noteworthy changes because it looks the same and it hasn’t gotten any new features but it might be possible that we left something out while looking. The Windows Phone 8.1 Preview has been there for a while and all those who have registered as developers will be able to download this.
